How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period is 24 hours. However, we can accommodate longer or shorter rental periods upon request.

Do you deliver and set up the yard cards?

Yes, we offer delivery and professional installation of the yard cards at your specified location.

Are the yard cards weatherproof?

Yes, our yard cards are made from durable, weatherproof materials, making them suitable for outdoor use

Can I choose the design and message for the yard cards?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of designs and messages to choose from, and we can also create custom designs to suit your event.

How far in advance should I book the yard cards?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak celebration seasons. For Custom Printed Items we require a min. 7 day lead time.

Do you offer discounts for multiple rentals or repeat customers?

Terms & Conditions

Rental Terms

Party Rental period is for 24 hours.

Your greeting will be set up the evening before the date of your booking/event or the morning of your booking date and removed 24 hours later, depending on schedule availability.

Payment is required upon booking to ensure your date & greeting are secured.

The booking price includes delivery, set up, and removal of the yard greeting* within our delivery zones. If you are located outside our zipcodes we will deliver for a fee.

By reserving your rental you agree to pay any additional charges for any missing or damaged cards and accessories.

**If you are booking a greeting as a gift for someone please remember to notify the homeowner/recipient that they will be receiving the greeting.

*INCLEMENT WEATHER We will not be able to deliver your greeting if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and or take down. In the event of inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting a refund will be honored.

Lewis Lawn Celebrations is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup, removal or disturbance of the greeting display while it is being rented.

Preparing for your Greeting

For best results please mow the lawn 24-48 hours prior to installation. Do not under any circumstances allow any lawn/landscape services while the Lewis Lawn Celebrations PArty Rental Yard Cards are on display on your property.

Please water your grass 24 hours prior to your scheduled greeting.

*SPRINKLER SYSTEMS Yard greetings are installed using metal stakes inserted into the ground approximately 8” to 10” deep. If you have a sprinkler system, please let us know when booking your greeting. Lewis Lawn Celebrations is not responsible for damage to your system if it is not properly marked and communicated.

Safety

For safety purposes, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the Lewis Lawn Cards and party decor.

Do not allow anyone to sit or lean on the party rental display.

Do not attach anything to the greeting.

Do not move the display.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your order prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund half of your payment or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid for your party rental.

Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery will not receive a refund.

We will not refund the payment if the homeowner requests the greeting to be removed once the greeting has been delivered and set up.

We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submission.
